Review: Tyler Perry films are a genre in unto themselves. A unique blend of “can-I-laugh-at-this” provocation, Christian morality, black pride, melodrama, and broad slapstick. This one was made as a response to a joke in a Chris Rock movie. It ain’t as good as A Made Christmas but I laughed out load several times.
